Q: What kind of chocolate is used with your machines?
A: We supply real Belgian Milk Chocolate as standard but we can also supply Dark or White, we also supply different flavours including Caramel, Honey, Cappuccino, Lemon and Strawberry.

Q: Do you need a microwave to heat the chocolate?
A: No, our machines heat the chocolate which takes approximately 45mins, it takes longer than a microwave but we avoid the chocolate being handled twice ie to the microwave and again to the fountain and the Fountain heats the chocolate slowly to avoid spoiling the taste that can happen when over-heating. 

Q: How long do you supply the Fountain?
A: Our standard packages are for 3 hours but we also supply a package for 2 and 4 hours. If you require more time please ask us.

Q: Do you operate the machine yourselves?
A: Yes we do, our trained attendant will set up the machine at least 1 hour before the required time, they will continue to assist with the Fountain throughout enabling full enjoyment of the machine and ensuring that the dishes are constantly topped up with the dips. We do not offer an unattended package.

Q: Do you practise Health and Safety?
A: Yes. All our equipment is PAT tested and we are covered by Public Liability Insurance. As a family business, the last thing we want is for someone to get hurt after all! 

Q: I have a special request; can you help?
A: What we offer is a guide and we certainly welcome any ideas and suggestions of different dips or colour themes to name but a few, just ask.

Q: Do you have any special requirements?
A: All we need at the venue is access to a 13Amp 240V power supply (British standard) but we will work with the venue to assure the smooth operation on the day.

Q: What time slot would you suggest at weddings?
A: We have found that the early evening stage always works well as guests are arriving for the nights' entertainments, however, we have supplied our fountains during the photograph sessions on a number of occasions, our Fountains always generate a talking point and therefore break the ice.

Q: How do I book?
A: Please contact us immediately (to avoid missing your special day) and let us know what date you require, how many guests, where your venue is and a rough time in order to check availability, if your date is available you can book online or by calling us on 07944 442913, all we require is a £50.00 deposit payable by BACS. 

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Unfortunately not at this time. 

Q: Can you supply a smaller Fountain for different colour chocolate?
A: Yes we can also supply our 19" Fountain to stand alongside the large fountain, it is a mini version of the 4ft fountain and we can add most colours of chocolate.

Q: Can I book for a nightclub event? 
A: No. Due to the increased security risks surrounding nightclub events and bad previous experiences, we no longer take bookings for events in nightclubs.
